Resistance welding

The resistance welding cell is typically applied in the car industry. It consists of preparation tooling for the components, equipment for controlling each of them and a monitoring station.
Each robot incorporates a special part with approach electrodes which join the plates on the components by resistance. A two-position table allows the operator to unload the welded part and prepare a new one for welding. The whole unit is protected with mechanical and electrical safety barriers meeting class IV safety standards.
