ISO 9001:2000 | Quality Guarantee

On 24th October IDASA’s group passed successfully the certification audit of its quality system based on the norm ISO 9001:2000.

This audit, carried out by the reputed certification company Lloyd’s Register, certifies the commitment of IDASA on the quality in all the stages of its productive process.

Also, IDASA has already started the adaptation of its quality system in order to achieve the new ISO 9001:2008 next year.

The main target of IDASA is to offer a quality product covering all the requirements of our customers, and this is only achieved with the daily work and a thorough control of all processes involved in the final product of IDASA. The ISO 9000 regulations are rules based on “quality” and “continuous quality management”, established by the International Organization for the Standardization (ISO) which offer a lot of advantages for the companies, such as:

• To monitor the main processes ensuring they are effective.
• To keep the appropriate registers of the management, processes and methods.
• To improve the satisfaction of the customers or users.
• To improve continuously the processes, both operational and quality.
• To reduce rejections and incidences in the production or service through a monitoring and the existence of methods for the correction of the problems.
